How does the plan pay out?

Group accident insurance pays cash benefits that you can use any way you see fit. Pay out amounts can be reviewed on the Accident Plan Summary.

Are there any benefits that are paid out for wellness services like annual exams?

Yes! This plan has a $100 per person benefit for one annual exam per year. (Annual physical, well-woman, well-child, etc).
